Anna Oudin is an Associate Professor at Lund University and a researcher statistician at the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She leads the Planetary Health Research Team and is affiliated with the EpiHealth and Nature-based Future Solutions profile areas. Her work focuses on air pollution, noise, and urban planning impacts on public health.
Research Interests: Anna investigates health effects of environmental exposures including
- Air pollution's impact on dementia and cognitive decline
- Noise pollution's cardiovascular consequences
- Policymaking for sustainable urban development
- Green environment benefits for elderly populations
Key Research Outputs: Recent studies examine particulate matter 2.5, transportation noise, and policy interventions for pollution reduction. Her work has been featured in Scientific Reports, The Lancet Regional Health, and Clinical Epigenetics.
