Dr. Anna Linton is a Senior Lecturer in German at King’s College London, affiliated with the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures and the Centre for Early Modern Studies. She holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford and has held positions including Junior Research Fellow at Christ Church, Oxford, and Co-Director of King’s Centre for Early Modern Studies. Her research focuses on early modern German literature with interdisciplinary approaches to theology, history, and cultural studies.

Current projects include the AHRC-funded Multilingual Early Modern London (2025) and leadership in interdisciplinary early modern studies initiatives.
