Anna Lawson is Professor of Law at the University of Leeds, Joint Director of the Centre for Disability Studies, and Coordinator of the Disability Law Hub within the Faculty of Social Sciences and School of Law.

Lawson's research examines disability equality through the lens of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, focusing on accessibility, reasonable accommodation, and the disabling/enabling potential of law.
