Anna Keszeg

Anna Keszeg is a habilitated associate professor at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) since 2022. She serves as the MA programme lead for the Art and Design Management MA and the Art and Design Management MA in English programs, and as a supervisor for the Art and Design Theory BA and the Doctoral School.

Her research focuses on contemporary visual culture and the creative industries. Drawing from cultural studies, philosophy, and history, she explores micro- and macro-trends in visual culture, with a specialization in fashion and dress culture. Her work examines the intersection of fashion with social media, film, and serial culture, reflecting modern societal dynamics.

Her recent publications include the 2022 book 'Divat-újratervezés. A kortárs divat médiaműködései' (Fashion-Redesign: The Media Logics of Contemporary Fashion), which investigates how media logics shape contemporary fashion. Her research trends indicate a strong emphasis on the interplay between media, culture, and fashion industries.

Anna Keszeg actively supervises students in the Art and Design Theory BA, Art and Design Management MA, and Doctoral School programs, fostering the next generation of design and cultural management professionals.
