Anna Kašina is an Acting Assistant Professor at the Department of Health Psychology and Paedagogy, Riga Stradins University. Her work focuses on health psychology, particularly promoting healthy aging and behavior through interventions, with expertise in qualitative research and telecommunication technology applications for seniors' resilience.

Anna is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Latvian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Latvian Association of Health Psychology, where she serves as a speaker, member, and delegated representative.
