Dr. Anna Izdebska holds the AvH Professorship (funded by the Volkswagen Foundation) at the Institute of Classical Philology, Humboldt University of Berlin. Her work focuses on the history of Greek philosophy in Late Antiquity and its transmission in Greek and Arabic Middle Ages. She leads the research project Visions of the history of Greek philosophy in Late Antiquity and in the Greek and Arabic Middle Ages.
