Anna Ivanova is a Researcher at the Department of Psychology, University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences. She co-founded and leads the Body x Identity x Society (BodIS Lab), while also contributing to research groups like CENSE and The Mind-Body Lab. Her work intersects psychology, public health, and social sciences.

- Mental health and healthcare barriers in LGBTQ+ populations
- Influencing factors for mammography screening in Norway
Her publications span sexual health, oncology, and public health psychology, with recent work analyzing masturbation trajectories, menstrual attitudes, and cancer survivorship. She has secured significant funding from the Norwegian Directorate of Health and the Department of Psychology.
