Anna Henwood is a researcher and educator affiliated with the Elder Conservatorium of Music at the University of Adelaide. She completed her PhD in 2024 with a thesis examining Italian flautists, educational reforms in Italy, and rediscovery of composers, earning a rare oral viva voce examination and a university research medal. Her work bridges musicology and Italian cultural studies, emphasizing intercultural pedagogy.
