Dr. Anna Helka is a business psychologist affiliated with SWPS University's Institute of Psychology, working in the Faculty of Psychology in Katowice and the Center for Research on Economic Behavior. Her research focuses on the impact of situational and personality factors on economic behavior, human resources management, and pro-environmental attitudes. She has led projects on socially oriented preferences in economic decisions and innovative methods for educational attitudes among middle school students.
