Anna Grandori is Full Professor of Business Organization at Bocconi University and Editor-in-Chief of European Management Review. An EURAM Fellow and EGOS Honorary Member, she received the 2022 E.Penrose Award for trail-blazing research. Her work integrates organizational theory with economics and law, examining decision-making, networks, governance, and entrepreneurship.
Grandori's research develops new frameworks for firm governance and organization, with applications in creative industries and agri-food sectors. She has held leadership roles including Director of Bocconi's PhD program and research centers, and taught at institutions worldwide including NYU, Stanford, and Chicago.
Her teaching emphasizes active learning through simulations in entrepreneurship, decision-making, negotiation, and organization design. Current research explores democratic firm governance models and decision-making under radical uncertainty.
