Anna Thorsell is a Lecturer at the Umeå School of Business, Economics and Statistics (USBE) within the Department of Business Administration, specializing in Corporate Governance and Entrepreneurship. She holds the qualification of Recognised University Teacher. Her research focuses on board structures in startups, IPO performance, and governance mechanisms in small and medium enterprises.
