Anna Gitelman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Art and Design at Suffolk University, specializing in architectural design, analytical representation, and sustainable practices. She is a founding principal of the Boston-based architecture firm zvzgstudio, which explores intersections of art, architecture, and technology through global projects.
- Education: Master of Architecture (Harvard GSD), Master of Design Studies (Harvard GSD), and B.Arch (Moscow Architectural Institute, magna cum laude).
Her research focuses on harmonizing architectural theory with practice, addressing urban environments, materiality, and lighting design. Notable projects include The Loop in Changchun, China, and the Thornton Ski House in New Hampshire.
