Anna Drożdżowicz is a Professor of Philosophy at the Department of Law, Philosophy and International Studies at the Inland University of Norway (Campus Lillehammer). Her research focuses on linguistic understanding, voice perception, ethics of communication, and the role of intuitive judgments in philosophy of language and linguistics. She combines expertise in philosophy with a background in psychology and interests in philosophy of psychiatry and ethics.
- Current Role: Principal Investigator for the project Perceiving Voice and Speaker, funded by FRIPRO.
- Membership: Member of the Young Academy of Norway (Akademiet for yngre forskere).
Education includes a PhD in Philosophy (2015) and MA degrees in Philosophy (2011) and Psychology (2012) from the University of Oslo and Jagiellonian University in Kraków, respectively.
Research Interests span philosophy of language, communication theory, ethical dimensions of dialogue, and interdisciplinary intersections with psychology and psychiatry.
Grants include prestigious fellowships from the Research Council of Norway and the Marie Curie Mobility Programme.
