Anna Chodos

Dr. Anna Chodos is a Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), holding dual roles in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and the Division of Geriatrics. She leads Dementia Care Aware, an initiative to enhance primary care's role in dementia detection and management, and directs the Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams (CAP-CT) program, focusing on caregiver integration. Her clinical work includes directing outpatient geriatrics and a dementia clinic within the San Francisco Health Network.
