Anna Carlin serves as an Associate Librarian and Instructional Technology Librarian at Florida Gulf Coast University's University Library, a position she has held since June 2008 after previously working as a Reference Assistant from August 2004 to June 2008.

She administers the Leganto course materials platform to optimize student resource access while reducing educational costs, and develops innovative learning tools including YouTube tutorials and interactive modules like the 'Search for the Skunk Ape' program. Her work integrates user experience research with accessibility compliance to enhance the library's digital ecosystem and promote information literacy across campus.
