Ann R. David

Prof. Ann R. David is a Senior Guest Researcher at the Bonn Center for Dependency and Slavery Studies (BCDSS) from October 2024 to October 2026. She holds emeritus positions as Distinguished Professor of the Institute of Oriental & Asian Studies at the University of Bonn and Professor Emerita of Dance & Cultural Engagement at the University of Roehampton, London. Her current research focuses on "Gendered Dependence: Non-Binary Notions of Sexuality in Indian Art and Performance."
