Dr. Ann M. Dozier is a Professor and Albert David Kaiser Chair of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at the Department of Public Health Sciences within the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Her work bridges maternal-child health, program evaluation, and global health initiatives.
