Ann Gervasoni is an Associate Professor in Numeracy at Monash University's Clayton Campus. She previously worked as a primary school teacher, administrator, and mathematics consultant, and held roles at Australian Catholic University. Her research focuses on early mathematics learning, particularly for vulnerable students, and she has developed the Extending Mathematical Understanding Intervention Program. She leads projects like Let's Count and Numeracy@Home, funded by organizations such as The Smith Family and Australian Council of Research.
