Dr. Ann Clark is a Senior Lecturer at the Queen Margaret University within the School of Health Sciences, specifically the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences. She is a full member of the Clinical Audiology, Speech and Language Research Centre (CASL) and holds membership in the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Health Care and Professions Council.

- MA Honours, Linguistics (1st class), University of Edinburgh (1992)
Research Interests: Dr. Clark's work focuses on language development and impairment in children, particularly marginalized and vulnerable groups such as young offenders and looked-after children. Additional interests include developmental dyslexia, genetics of language impairment, and telehealth interventions. Research methods include quantitative language assessment and qualitative syntactic analysis.

Teaching & Leadership: Dr. Clark is Academic Lead for Language at CASL and previously served as Program Leader for Post-graduate Diploma/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy. She has conducted training workshops for Children’s Hearing Panels and participated in conferences on Justice for Vulnerable Witnesses.
