Anke Trischler is a part-time DBA student at the Worcester Business School, University of Worcester. She concurrently holds academic lectureships in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainable management, and business ethics. Her primary affiliation is with the Worcester Business School, and she is a member of the Sustainable Organisations Research Group. She is supervised by Professor Dr. Kay Emblen-Perry and Dr. Barbara Menara in her doctoral studies.
Before starting her DBA, Anke accumulated extensive experience as a professional leading national and international consulting projects. She is certified as a training partner for The Sustainability Code (TSC) and currently works as a business strategy and development consultant in sustainable transformation while running her own company, Transformation zur Nachhaltigkeit GmbH. Anke's research interests center on exploring corporate transformation management in the context of evolving sustainability laws and dynamic risk and quality management challenges. Her qualitative work focuses on collecting expert insights from German SMEs to enhance organizational adaptability in multi-dimensional environments.
Her qualifications include a Diplom-Kauffrau (equivalent to Master of Business Administration and Economics) from Paderborn University (1993) and a Business Coach certification from Die Sprache Lehr- und Forschungsgesellschaft mbH, Neuss (2000).
