Anja Meissner

Anja Meissner is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor in Biomedical Engineering at Lund University, Sweden. She serves as Principal Investigator at the Wallenberg Centre for Molecular Medicine (WCMM) and contributes to multidisciplinary research on Parkinson's disease through MultiPark. Her work focuses on sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) signaling in cardiovascular diseases, particularly hypertension, stroke, and heart failure.
