Ani Henttonen is an Assistant Lecturer (Lecturer) at Sophiahemmet University, Department of Health Promotion Science. She holds an MD and is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, now transitioning to academia. Her research focuses on nursing education pedagogy, particularly the implementation of independent work as a critical step in nursing education.
