Dr. Angulique Y. Outlaw serves as an Associate Professor (Research Track) in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences at Wayne State University. A pediatric psychologist, she specializes in designing and evaluating community-based interventions for high-risk youth and adolescents living with HIV, employing community-based participatory research (CBPR) methodologies.

Dr. Outlaw has led multiple NIH, CDC, and HRSA-funded projects as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator. She currently directs the Wayne State University Prevention (W'SUP) program, a comprehensive sexual health prevention initiative for youth aged 13-29, focusing on HIV testing, prevention education, and health promotion. Additionally, she co-leads the Engagement, Innovation, and Excellence Scientific Leadership Group and has held leadership roles in the Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV Interventions.
