Angie Zapata

Dr. Angie Zapata is an Associate Professor in the Department of Language and Literacies Education at the University of Missouri. She serves as the Primary Investigator for the Family, Community, and Emergent Literacy Birth-K project under the Comprehensive Literacy State Development Program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Her work bridges teaching, research, and community engagement.
