Angelina Roša

Angelina Roša is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship within the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management at Riga Technical University. She holds a PhD in Economics and Entrepreneurship and serves as an expert for the Latvian Science Council and a board member of the Open Innovation Society.

Her primary research interests include:

Dr. Roša has established herself as a prominent researcher with 20 publications (13 indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science) and presentations at 21 international scientific conferences. Her recent work demonstrates a strong focus on the intersection of digital transformation, ethical business practices, and sustainable employment models, particularly within the Latvian context. She has developed a conceptual framework for understanding corporate ethical responsibility in digitally transformed workplaces and has conducted extensive research on the impact of coaching on organizational performance.

As an educator, Dr. Roša teaches courses related to corporate social responsibility, work group psychology, and human resource management.
