Angela Sorby is a Professor in the Department of English at Marquette University, specializing in American poetry, children's literature, and creative writing pedagogy. Her research explores poetry's engagement with non-academic audiences and its intersection with sustainability, education, and cultural studies.
- Current projects: 'Chapter and Verse' (Cambridge History of Children’s Literature), Viking artifacts in 19th-century poetry, and a co-edited collection on poetry and sustainability.
