Angela Martinez Fernandez

Dr. Angela Martinez Fernandez serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Spanish Philology, Modern and Classical Spanish Literature at the University of the Balearic Islands. She teaches a comprehensive curriculum spanning multiple historical periods of Spanish literary tradition across both Spanish and Catalan Language and Literature programs at the Mallorca campus.

Her research and teaching expertise encompasses:

• 18th-Century Spanish Literature
• Contemporary Spanish Literature including Novecentismo and Avant-garde movements
