Angela Leffler is an Associate Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University's Division of Teacher Education. She teaches college-level courses in Mathematics Methods, Science Methods, Classroom Management, and Foundations in Early Childhood, while supervising student teachers and practicum pre-service teachers. Her work focuses on integrating pedagogical excellence into instructional practices.

Her research interests center on the role of writing in science education, particularly how standards-based curricula and high-stakes testing impact science instruction in elementary classrooms. She completed her dissertation on this topic in 2014.
