Angela Insenga

Angela Insenga is a Professor of English and Coordinator of Film Studies at the University of West Georgia. She is affiliated with the School of Humanities within the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Her academic background includes a B.A. in English from the University of West Georgia (1994), an M.A. in English from Clemson University (1997), and a Ph.D. in English from Auburn University (2004).

Her research and teaching interests span Film Studies, Young Adult Literature, pedagogical innovation, and literary analysis. She has consistently taught courses such as Intro to the Art of Film, British Literature, World Literature I, and specialized topics like ComingofAgeinDiverseWorld and Studies in Young Adult Literature.
