Angela Hsu

Angela Hsu, PA-C is a Clinical Instructor (Clinician Educator) at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She joined USC in March 2018 and transitioned to the Department of Radiation Oncology at Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center in 2023, specializing in urologic, gynecologic, head and neck, CNS, and hematologic cancers.

Research interests focus on the intersection of Radiation Oncology, Hepatology, and Immunology, particularly immune cell behavior in liver diseases and cancer. Her work explores Natural Killer Cell Heterogenicity, CD8+ T Cell Cytotoxicity, and Macrophage Dysfunction in NASH.

Publication trends highlight her contributions to understanding immune responses in liver cirrhosis, chronic HCV infection, and NASH pathogenesis. These studies span Immunology and Virology, emphasizing translational research bridging clinical and experimental settings.
