Angela Davis is the Jack O. Rickli Professor of Business in the School of Accounting and Senior Associate Dean of Academic Programs at the Lundquist College of Business, University of Oregon. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Idaho. Her research focuses on corporate governance, financial reporting, and the impact of managerial communication on securities litigation and market outcomes. She has held prior academic positions at Washington University in St. Louis and worked as an auditor at KPMG and corporate accountant at Albertson’s Inc.
