Dr. Angela Collins is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice & Criminology at the University of Central Missouri (UCM), within the Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies. She directs the UCM Criminal Justice Institute and serves as a faculty sponsor for the Juvenile Justice Association (JJA).
