Anette Kristoffersen Harris

Anette Kristoffersen Harris is a Professor at the Department of Social Psychology, University of Bergen (UiB), and Head of the Research Center for Sleep, Work and Health (Fosah). She leads the Bergen Sleep and Chronobiology Network (BeSCN) and contributes to the Research Group for Work Environment, Management and Conflict (FALK). Her research focuses on shift work, sleep disorders, stress, workplace bullying, and patient safety culture, with applications in healthcare, aviation, and organizational psychology.
