Aneta Waszkiewicz

Aneta Waszkiewicz, PhD is a Professor at the International Finance Department and Deputy Dean of the Collegium of World Economy at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She serves on the Senate's Committee on Budget and Finance. Her career includes heading the Department of Banking at the Polish Open University (2003–2009), collaborating with Oxford Brooks University, and teaching at Collegium Civitas (2018–2019). From 2013–2014, she evaluated National Science Centre grant applications.

Her research focuses on crowdfunding, alternative financing mechanisms for startups, financial innovation, and securitization. She has held leadership roles in academic governance and international collaborations.
