Anees Farrukh is an Assistant Professor at the School of Social Sciences, Heriot-Watt University, Dubai. His work focuses on social impact evaluation, sustainable development, and accountability mechanisms in NGOs, particularly in postcolonial contexts. He holds a PhD from Heriot-Watt University, supported by a full postgraduate scholarship.
