Dr. Andy Yao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at San Francisco State University, specializing in Adapted Physical Education. He leads the Adapted Physical Education Added Authorization Program, advocating for inclusive education and disability sports. With 22+ years of experience, he bridges theory and practice to empower individuals with disabilities through physical activity.
