Andy Neely is Professor of Manufacturing and Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Enterprise and Business Relations at the University of Cambridge, where he leads strategic collaborations between academia and industry. He has over a decade of experience at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) and previously served as Head of IfM. His expertise includes helping organizations align key performance indicators (KPIs) with strategic goals, developing manufacturing strategies, and innovating data-driven business models.
