Andy Graydon

Andy Graydon serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), where he explores natural and social ecologies through sound, film, and narrative practices. Originally from Maui, Hawai'i, his interdisciplinary work interrogates ecological systems and scientific storytelling via artistic frameworks.

His research centers on environmental art and sound-based creative methodologies, integrating musical structures like ensembles, scores, and vocal techniques to examine island ecologies and science-art intersections. Projects frequently employ improvisation and variation to challenge conventional ecological narratives.
