Andrés BORTHAGARAY

Andrés BORTHAGARAY is an architect and urban planner serving as President of the Furban Foundation and Director of the City on the Move Institute (Latin America). He holds a PhD in Geography and Urbanism from Sorbonne Nouvelle and directs a post-graduate program on smart and inclusive cities at the University of Buenos Aires' School of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism. As a visiting professor, he teaches urban mobility in Argentina and France.
