Prof. Dr. André Niedostadek is a Professor at Harz University of Applied Sciences, holding the Chair of Commercial Law, Labor Law, and Social Law. Since the summer semester of 2022, he has served as Vice Dean of the Department and Public Relations Officer at the Halberstadt Department. He is an academic member of the Department Council and Examination Board, actively participating in academic governance.
His educational background includes law studies at the Universities of Münster and Aberystwyth (Wales), a research stay at Gonville & Caius College (Cambridge University), and a doctorate from the University of Münster (2000). He also holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and has completed training as a business mediator (Fernuniversität Hagen) and journalist (Freie Journalistenschule Berlin).
