André Barros is a PhD student and Research Fellow at the CIIE (Laboratory for Digital Experimentation and Research in Education) within the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences at the University of Porto, Portugal. His research focuses on digital inclusion for vulnerable populations, supported by a full PhD scholarship from the European Union’s Horizon project.
