Andrzej Araszkiewicz

Prof. Andrzej Araszkiewicz is a faculty member at the Institute of Geospatial Engineering and Geodesy within the Military University of Technology (WAT). He specializes in applying GNSS observations to enhance regional and local reference systems, with applications in environmental change detection and geophysical phenomena.

His research spans:

• Development of GNSS-based infrastructure for monitoring tectonic deformation
• Modeling geodetic reference systems for Europe and Poland
• Collaboration with international geodetic organizations

He leads the GNSS Research Infrastructure Center and participates in NATO's Space Weather Technical Panel. His funding sources include the National Science Center, European Regional Development Fund, and Polish Ministry of National Defense.
