Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson is a Clinical Professor in the Norwich Medical School at the University of East Anglia, with an honorary role as Consultant Physician at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. His expertise spans clinical trials and biomarker research in respiratory diseases, particularly asthma and interstitial lung diseases like idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). He leads major studies funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and others, including trials evaluating treatments for IPF and asthma. Wilson holds leadership roles in committees such as the British Thoracic Society Interstitial Lung Disease Registry and Asthma UK Centre for Applied Research.
