Dr Andrew Willcocks is a Visiting Fellow at the ANU Centre for European Studies, specialising in international law and trade policy. He advises on regulatory tensions between globalised systems and domestic frameworks, with expertise in digitalisation and cross-border challenges. Previously, he worked at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), focusing on trade facilitation projects like the ICC Open Markets Index. He holds a PhD in International Law and Political Science from ANU and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK).
