Andrew Wilkinson is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Staffordshire University. He holds a PhD from Loughborough University (2023) on cognitive dispositions in challenge/threat states and performance under pressure. His roles include co-programme leader for the BSc Sport and Exercise Psychology and teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including the BPS-accredited MSc program.

Recent work includes studies on fire service stress reduction via Rational Emotive Behavioral Coaching.
