Prof. Andrew Stark is a Professor of Strategic Management and Political Science at the University of Toronto. His expertise spans public policy, democratic governance, and the intersection of strategic management with political systems. He has held significant roles as a policy advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada and has been affiliated with prestigious institutions, including the Brookings Institution, Harvard University’s Safra Center for Ethics, and Columbia University. His research critically examines the resilience of democratic institutions, particularly focusing on Canada's political landscape amid global right-wing populist trends.
Stark’s career includes fellowships at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Fulbright Program. He has delivered notable lectures, such as his 2019 talk at the John F.
