Andrew Rinaldi Sinulingga is an Acting Researcher and Ph.D. student at Rīga Stradiņš University, affiliated with the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biomechanics, Hygiene and Informatics. His research focuses on sports biomechanics, particularly analyzing lower limb strength, balance performance, and anaerobic capabilities in young football players. He has contributed to projects like the doctoral grant for RSU and LASE PhD students and leads a study on resistance exercises' effects in football.
Research interests include body mass analysis, static/dynamic balance assessment, and the impact of exercise on athletic performance. His work spans peer-reviewed articles in journals like Sport i Turystyka and Human Movement.
