Andrew R. Walkling is a Professor of Art History and Director of Graduate Studies at Binghamton University. His research focuses on early modern Britain, particularly seventeenth-century English courtly culture, visual and material culture, and interdisciplinary studies bridging art, literature, music, and performance. He specializes in Henry Purcell and Restoration-era musical theatre.

Research & Teaching Interests:
Walkling explores the intersections of visual arts, drama, literature, and music in early modern Britain.
