معرفی
Andrew Peters is a Sir Henry Dale Fellow at the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics (DPAG) at the University of Oxford, where he established his laboratory in 2022. He previously conducted postdoctoral research at University College London, focusing on cortex-striatum interactions, and earned his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego.
- Undergraduate: Neuroscience, Emory University
- PhD: Neurosciences Graduate Program, UC San Diego (research in Takaki Komiyama's lab on motor cortex activity during learning)
- Postdoctoral: University College London (corticostriatal circuit dynamics)
His research explores neural plasticity in motor cortex and corticostriatal circuits during learning processes, combining neurophysiological methods with systems neuroscience approaches.
