Andrew Narracott

Andrew Narracott is a Senior Lecturer in Cardiovascular Mechanics at the University of Sheffield's Department of Infection, Immunity and Cardiovascular Disease, and Director of Operations for Insigneo. With 20 years of experience in European and international research projects, he led Sheffield’s role as Principal Investigator for the Sano project, coordinating Insigneo’s contributions to computational medicine innovation. His research focuses on advancing clinical practice through computational physiology, emphasizing translational elements.

He completed a six-month research fellowship at RIKEN Institute in Tokyo, Japan, and currently oversees operations at Insigneo, a leading center for mathematical medicine and engineering.

His work integrates cardiovascular modeling, baroreflex dynamics, and closed-loop systems to improve medical technologies. Collaborations include global projects like Sano, emphasizing interdisciplinary computational medicine solutions.
